From an humble beginning of selling Nasi Lemak from the roadside , Mats Bess kitchen have since been setup to cater for orders and delivery of Nasi lemak Daun pisang , Briyani Dum Muar , Mee Rebus Muar , especially within subang jaya , Sunway , puchong and Shah alam areas . Being a Johorean he now concentrates on what he knows best that is nasi lemak kukus similar to nasi lemak tangling .
